IntroJuice - Just another job platform?

We don’t think so. And here’s why.


The mass market of job boards, hiring platforms and talent engagement tech relies heavily on two things:

  • An active market of candidates.
  • Traditional Boolean searches or their ability to key word match.

The biggest challenge with this is that they identify a % of the “best” talent available to you. Leaving you and the team filtering through candidates until you happen to stumble across the right person. If you ever do.

So, whilst you’ll absolutely get access to candidates in the IntroJuice talent-pool through our talent matching service (that align to your needs), we’ll also take your brief and proactively engage great candidates on your behalf. That means you don't have to alter your search or drop half your requirements, compromising on your search.

What happens next?

We then categorise our candidates based on what YOU look for. And add them to the talent pool for you to engage and chat to directly.

And if there’s anyone you really like the look of but can’t get hold of? Guess what, there’s a person on standby to help you track them down throughout the process.

As the demand for great tech talent looks to continue (even in this temporary market blip) organisations looking to hire will need a competitive edge.

What, no AI?

Whilst AI has it’s place (we’ve got a few things up our sleave),there’s still a need for the human touch. We are dealing with people after all. Which is why at the moment, there’s a lot of manual processes going on in the background.

With the product and feature roadmap we have in place, we’re aiming to be the single source of tech talent for ambitious companies looking to scale. Even if that means working with a smaller number of hiring companies whilst we make sure we get things right.
