With the increase in AI and automation across the recruitment sector, we recognise that whilst technology can do a lot of good, there are some aspects that are still better done by real, empathetic humans. For now.
As we'll be constantly innovating, IntroJuice will evolve and optimise as we keep investing into the platform. That said, it will always be backed, supported and evolved by people, for people.
Until we’re confident that our tech can work as accurately as we can, understanding the nuances and evolving scenarios that present themselves in the every day life of our candidates and clients, we’ll be on hand to support our partners through each and every step of the process.
How do we see human relationships evolving in recruitment?
With increasing amounts of data, challenging fluctuations in the market and the evolution of tech, it’s hard to not imagine a world where AI reigns supreme. Perhaps we have a slightly negative view on things, but we’d much prefer AI to do the jobs we don’t want to than, you know, take our jobs.
Our long term view is that the role of recruiter or talent acquisition manager will evolve into a Customer Success role. In some ways, it’s already starting to. More informed, data driven and there to ensure smooth transitions and constant improvement.
Searching for the right talent will become a thing of the past, but engagement will be crucial. And so a Customer Success Manager will be instrumental in helping you prep and plan for your future hires (with a little help from AI).
